Refund Policy

We will provide a full 100% refund in the following conditions - 

1. Templates are not as shown on the website.
2. You are not able to download or access our templates are payment is complete.
3. Our templates are defective, and we cannot fix them in a reasonable time. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. The time taken for refunds to be processed will depend on your bank.
