    Definitely, yes, we have a dedicated support team who will happily assist. It can be an issue or any help with our templates. Our support policy is to address the customer query ASAP regardless of the product they purchase.  

    3. Is this a one time payment or monthly membership?

    All our products are ONE TIME PAYMENT. We do not offer subscriptions so whatever you pay will be be one time.  

    4. How do I access my downloads?

    After you checkout, you will be taken to a download page. You will also get a download link in your email.

    5. What if the download link does not work?

    Sometimes links can be blocked by a corporate firewall so please try using the link from a different network or from home. If you still cannot access drop an email to support@itsm-docs.com and use our Contact Us Page.  

    6. Do you provide refunds?

    We will REFUND the full amount in the following scenarios - 

    1. Templates don't work as described, and we cannot fix your problem in a reasonable time. 
    2. Templates are missing from your download and we cannot provide you the same templates shown on the site.
    3. You are not able to access the download. We will try to provide different mediums but if none of them work for you then we will refund your amount. Check our Refund Policy.  

    7. What are the different types of payments accepted?

    We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Master Card , Amex and VISA. 

    8. Do these templates work with Excel?

    Yes, the templates are built using MS Office so will work on Excel.

    9. Can the templates be customized or edited?

    Yes, our templates can be edited and changed as you need. But reselling of templates is not allowed.

    10. Why do you have a logo on the documents?

    The ITSM Docs logo is only visible on the template images. We do not use logos on templates so you can customize the template as needed.

    not that much good, in terms of diagrams and process flow are not available as i was expected

    A little disappointed

    I really expected a little more, although the documents are interesting, more standardization is needed in the designs and structure, many procedures only include a brief description but not their respective flow chart, the KPIs only include a few small examples but not formulas measurement. The templates are a guide but many adjustments are necessary to be able to put them into a real context.

    ITIL BUNDLE

    Hi Swapnil! I will certainly not say that the bundle is not very good... I understand perfectly that they have to be generic, of course. But additional use case samples, will be also very useful! As you know, sometimes, for example in project management, you do not know how to start and how to put it! Fortunately, in your last version - I bought the mega-bundle in February 2022 - you add : 1. PMO Starter Kit 2. Project Starter kit 3. Project implementation Toolkit However, it may be about the date, but my bundle does not contain ITSM 4 Bundle. Additionally, I do not have all the templates, I suppose to have in a mega-bundle... I do not have RACI template or security template as in ITSM Bundle. I have in my new mission to migrate from ECC SAP to S/4HANA. How beneficial it can be! So thanks u! PS : question : what difference between itil-docs and techno-pm? The website is itil-docs, but the bundle is sent as techno-pm. So when look for my ITIL docs, I am a little confused. For example, I believe I did not buy the mega-bundle, I was wrong, I discovered by coincidence in my download's dossier. And now, your website is ITSM-docs and ITIL-docs. So Techno-PM is your Brand name?
