ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) are two important frameworks that play different roles in the field of IT Services.

SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle):

SDLC is a structured approach to developing software applications or systems. It is a process that outlines the steps involved in planning, creating, testing, and deploying software. The SDLC aims to produce high-quality software that meets customer requirements, is delivered on time and within budget, and is maintainable and scalable.

The typical phases of SDLC include:

  • Requirements Gathering: Gathering and documenting user requirements and expectations for the software.
